-the way the strap on is. It did not work for me at all. I am a plus sized woman. It may work for a skinny woman. I cut the covering off of it and it made an amazing bullet vibe. Very powerful. So if it doesn't fit you in a way you like. Just cut the covering off and you will have a great bullet.
